Rob Spivey has done numerous jobs for me, always as expected, on time and at the quoted price. His crew has always been top notch and the outside contractors he works with are awesome. I really appreciate the fact that he brings in young men that he trains and then gradually adds more responsibilities to. Several have gone on to start their own businesses, with his blessing. Rob is trustworthy, a man of integrity and a true craftsman. There is no one else in the metroplex that I would recommend more highly.

Rob and his team are the best around! There is no one else in the area that I would trust more than Spivey Construction. We just went through a major kitchen renovation and his team left the house as clean as possible every day. Rob listens to his customers and always over delivers. He does a great job helping guide you along the way and whenever there is a decision to be made, he helps make the right one. I truly can't say enough good things about Spivey Construction. "Our family was struggling with what to do about our elderly parents who could no longer live by themselves. Fortunately, we already knew Rob Spivey and his crew at Spivey Construction for many years. After a phone call to Rob, he came to our property, we discussed our thoughts and began the planning necessary to build a new separate ADA accessible grandparent cottage. Rob managed the project so well that it was painless and it was fun to watch the weekly progress. He and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. Four months later, we moved them into their new residence where we could provide living assistance in their sunset years. Three years later, I called on Rob again to make some needed renovations to our home. He made my dreams come true with new windows that I can clean from the inside, a new kitchen, widening a narrow dark walkway into a lovely wide passageway complete with doors covering my laundry room and pantry, and most of all, raising the floor in our 1970s sunken living room! Now the whole house is at the same level and it’s wonderful! I love all the renovations! Rob and his crew are trustworthy and were patient and careful to listen to all my concerns and ideas during the renovation process. Whether your needs are for new construction or renovation of old spaces, I recommend Spivey Construction!"

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rob Spivey and his crew did an incredible job converting our barn into a beautiful home — all at the last minute, right in the middle of COVID. We were in a tight spot, and Rob stepped up when others couldn’t. He worked through material shortages and scheduling chaos to make sure everything came together on time. The quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the creative problem-solving were all top-notch. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out — our barn-to-home transformation looks amazing inside and out.
